Food is something which we cannot ignore and nowadays, intake of healthy food is very important for one’s health. Just follow these steps and you can achieve fitness by being a munch-a-holic too!
Minimized Refined Carbs:
As soon as we take refined carbs like bread, white rice honey, etc., it starts to spike our blood sugar and produces insulin which holds fat in our body.
Munch 5 times:
You should take three meals and two snacks throughout the day. Have a snack between breakfast and lunch time and likewise for later.
Increase Protein Intake:
A balance of protein, carbs and fat is very important in one’s diet as this will protect you from insulin overload.
You need to limit excessive liquids. If you are thirsty, drink water. If you need stimulation go for black coffee and for fun go vodka martini or simple drinks but avoid mojitos and soft drinks (even diet soda).
